GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
· THUNDER guarantees its stainless steel products for a period of 36 months, this guarantee is valid as from the moment of purchase and covers any production defaults.

· THUNDER guarantees for a period of 12 months the products produced in : Steel, carbon fibre, kevlar fibre, titanium or aluminium, this guarantee covers any production defaults

· This guarantee does not cover the following aspects: Bad mounting, changes of colour (Inox that turns yellow), damage caused by thirds, incorrect use, corrosion, damage caused by bad maintenance, defaults or damage caused by incorrect usage, remounting, modifications, usage in racing competitions, accidents or submerged in liquids, or manipulation by non authorised persons out of the company Grupo Swod-4 s.l.

· Changes of fibre that have to be done are exempt of guarantee.

· This guarantee does not cover the product if passed on to thirds.

· Only if this guarantee has been indicated by telephone or fax, and the return form has been correctly filled in and included with the package, will the guarantee be accepted.

· In case of guarantee, the following has to be presented to Thunder : Return form correctly completed, plus a copy of the purchase invoice. All of this has to be done by post or courier transport. All goods returned to Thunder have to be prepaid, any goods that are not prepaid will not be accepted. All goods have to be properly protected and packeted.

· Incorrect orders or incorrect sending orders, have to be returned within 15 days of receivement.

· Thunder is obliged only to change the afected peices.

· Thunder does not asume aditional costs of guarantee, this includes transport, mounting and dismounting, damages, losts of transport, etc...

· The return of products with no valid reason, for example, a reclaim of non existent guarantee, or return of orders, Thunder is obliged to charge a 25% of the value of the product for re-stocking.

· In case of repair under guarantee, the original guarantee is maintained and is not extended

· Any unpaid transport fees will be rejected. / / -This guarantee is personal, and can not be passed on to thirds

· The guarantee of this product will be VOID if the guarantee card is not filled in correctly and sent to the following addresses, within a maximum period of 14 day.
